Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adimos el caldo vegetal hasta cubrir y dejamos que hierva unos 15 minutos. Cuando lo tengamos hecho, trituramos todo y servimos Es importante triturarlo bien para que quede una textura suave, aunque siempre puedes pasarlo por un colador para que la crema quede m\u00e1s fina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para los toppings, salteamos unas puntas de esp\u00e1rragos trigueros y un poco de bacon.
