Las principales son: anemia ferrop\u00e9nica y anemia megalobl\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n<p>Por un lado, la anemia ferrop\u00e9nica se produce por insuficiencia de hierro (Fe) y se caracteriza por unos gl\u00f3bulos rojos peque\u00f1os (microc\u00edticos) y con poco color (hipocr\u00f3micos).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la anemia megalobl\u00e1stica esta ligada a la deficiencia de 2 vitaminas del complejo B que son la B9 y la B12. Ambas trabajan en conjunto en la s\u00edntesis y reparaci\u00f3n del ADN; por lo tanto, si hay un d\u00e9ficit de estas vitaminas, la divisi\u00f3n celular no va a ser la correcta y la eritropoyesis ser\u00e1 ineficaz. Como consecuencia, los gl\u00f3bulos rojos tendr\u00e1n un gran tama\u00f1o (macroc\u00edticos) y mucho color (hipercr\u00f3micos).<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede llegar el atleta a esta situaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hem\u00f3lisis por impacto (no es la principal causa)<\/li>\n<li>Sudoraci\u00f3n profusa<\/li>\n<li>Entrenamiento\/Competici\u00f3n en altitud (hipoxia)<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e9rdidas de sangrado menstrual (en el caso de las mujeres deportistas)<\/li>\n<li>Dieta vegetariana\/vegana (y la no toma o escasa toma de suplemento de Fe)<\/li>\n<li>Inflamaci\u00f3n (normalmente por ejercicio intenso)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta claro que el atleta puede llegar a esta situaci\u00f3n por diferentes razones y por ello es importante tenerlas en cuenta.
