A continuaci\u00f3n, colocamos las anchoas con piel tocando el papel de la bandeja y las salpimentamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Para<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none white-space-prewrap\"> <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">la gremolata, trituramos el perejil, el ajo, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, AOVE y sal (tiene que quedar granuloso). Despu\u00e9s, pintamos las anchoas con la salsa y ponemos las ralladuras de lim\u00f3n por encima.
