Estos cambios tienes que mantenerlos en el tiempo para que tengan una mayor efectividad. <strong>Puedes empezar por mejorar tu hidrataci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La recomendaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica de 2L no aplica para todo el mundo. La sed es una se\u00f1al tard\u00eda que llega cuando el cuerpo nota que la p\u00e9rdida de agua es considerable. <strong>Beber s\u00f3lo atendiendo a este mecanismo puede ser insuficiente<\/strong>. <strong>Tu necesidad de agua depende<\/strong> de tu <strong>cuerpo<\/strong> (gen\u00e9tica, adaptaci\u00f3n al calor&#8230;), de tu <strong>actividad<\/strong> (duraci\u00f3n e intensidad del ejercicio) y del <strong>entorno<\/strong> (clima, temperatura&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, <strong>no esperes a tener sed y empieza a beber agua regularmente a lo largo del d\u00eda<\/strong> y veras como: <strong>mejora<\/strong> tu <strong>rendimiento f\u00edsico y mental<\/strong>, <strong>favorece<\/strong> la <strong>digesti\u00f3n y la salud intestinal<\/strong>, <strong>regula<\/strong> la <strong>temperatura corporal<\/strong> y <strong>apoya<\/strong> la <strong>funci\u00f3n renal<\/strong> y la <strong>eliminaci\u00f3n de toxinas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si eres deportista<\/strong>, una <strong>correcta hidrataci\u00f3n es a\u00fan m\u00e1s importante<\/strong> ya que cuando hacemos ejercicio nos deshidratamos, y una <strong>p\u00e9rdida superior al 2% del peso corporal<\/strong> durante el ejercicio se entiende como una <strong>deshidrataci\u00f3n excesiva<\/strong>. Esto provoca una disminuci\u00f3n en el rendimiento (desregula la T\u00ba corporal y aumenta la fatiga y el riesgo de lesiones), pero si no queremos que esto suceda es muy <strong>importante ajustar al m\u00e1ximo la hidrataci\u00f3n calculando la tasa de sudoraci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo calculamos la tasa de sudoraci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>P\u00e9sate antes y despu\u00e9s de entrenar<\/strong> (con la vejiga vac\u00eda e idealmente sin ropa).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Durante el entrenamiento <strong>registra el volumen de agua consumida<\/strong> (teniendo como referencia que 1L equivale a 1kg)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Durante el entrenamiento <strong>registra la cantidad de orina excretada<\/strong> (si no podemos registrarla, podemos tomar de referencia 0,3L por cada vez que se orina).<\/p>\n<p>Cuando tengamos todos estos datos, simplemente aplicamos la f\u00f3rmula y nos va a dar el resultado de nuestra tasa de sudoraci\u00f3n.
