Comes saludable, pero algo no cuadra&#8230; \u00bfte suena?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A pesar de comer equilibrado y variado, <strong>puede haber m\u00e1s factores que est\u00e9n interponi\u00e9ndose en tus objetivos:<\/strong> no ingerir la energ\u00eda (en forma de calor\u00edas) necesaria, no ingerir los nutrientes \u00f3ptimos en cada momento, no realizar ejercicio f\u00edsico, mal descanso, mala hidrataci\u00f3n&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. Comer fruta por la noche engorda.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La fruta es un alimento <strong>saludable que tiene pocas calor\u00edas, y que son las mismas por la noche que por el d\u00eda<\/strong>. Aumentar o disminuir el peso se basa en las calor\u00edas totales del d\u00eda; si comemos menos de lo que gastamos (d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico), disminuir\u00e1 el peso.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. \u00bfDesayunar o no desayunar? La respuesta que nadie te da.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00abNo hay regla definitiva, no es igual para todos\u00bb<\/strong>. Todo depende de la persona, del deporte que haga, de si hace ejercicio por la ma\u00f1ana y de c\u00f3mo se siente al ejercitarse (desayunado o en ayunas), de los objetivos que tenga&#8230; Lo ideal es individualizarlo y planificarlo teniendo todos los factores en cuenta.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>4. El pan, alimento prohibido por los nutricionistas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>El pan es un hidrato de carbono (HC) como el arroz, la patata, el boniato o la pasta<\/strong> y, por lo tanto, tambi\u00e9n es una opci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida para introducir HC a lo largo del d\u00eda. Si que es verdad que un pan de masa madre o integral va a ser m\u00e1s saludable que un pan blanco.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>5. Los hidratos de carbono (HC) engordan. Es lo primero que elimino de mi alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Los HC son la principal fuente de energ\u00eda para el cuerpo humano<\/strong>. Al igual que las prote\u00ednas, los HC <strong>aportan 4kcal\/g de alimento<\/strong> y, por lo tanto, se podr\u00eda decir que \u00abengordan\u00bb lo mismo. La ingesta de este macronutriente va a depender de casa persona.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>6. Los snacks que no engordan son \u00fanicamente la fruta.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Todos los alimentos que ingerimos contienen nutrientes<\/strong> y esos nutrientes nos van a aportar calor\u00edas. Estas calor\u00edas son las que nos hacen aumentar o disminuir el peso, <strong>todo va a depender del alimento elegido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>7. Si no soy culturista o deportista de \u00e9lite no tengo que prestar demasiada atenci\u00f3n a los prote\u00ednas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Las prote\u00ednas son de vital importancia seas culturista\/deportista o una persona que no haga deporte<\/strong>.
