Es <strong>importante saber identificar sus se\u00f1ales para poder abordarlas y evitarlas en futuros partidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son estos signos de fatiga?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Reaccionas lento, te cuesta decidir, te desconectas del partido&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puede ser por una <strong>baja disponibilidad energ\u00e9tica<\/strong> que deriva en fatiga cerebral. Esto es consecuencia de falta de energ\u00eda <strong>por depleci\u00f3n del gluc\u00f3geno<\/strong> que afecta a la <strong>funci\u00f3n cognitiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para ello, es importante darle energ\u00eda a tu cuerpo. El d\u00eda previo al partido, realiza una carga de HC complejos (arroz, pasta, patata), y el d\u00eda de partido (3-4h antes) realiza una ingesta de HC f\u00e1ciles de digerir y absorber (fruta, pan blanco, arroz). Durante el partido, ingiere bebida deportiva con HC y electrolitos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Fatiga muscular y menor velocidad de reacci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Te pesan las piernas, no reaccionas a tiempo&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Puede ser por una <strong>deshidrataci\u00f3n y<\/strong> un <strong>desequilibrio de electrolitos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, repara desde dentro. Empieza planificando bien tu hidrataci\u00f3n con un plan que se ajuste a tu tasa de sudoraci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, ingiere alimentos ricos en potasio y magnesio (pl\u00e1tano, espinacas, almendras).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Mala recuperaci\u00f3n entre sesiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si no recuperas bien, no rindes bien.<\/p>\n<p>El problema puede ser: <strong>poca energ\u00eda total<\/strong>, <strong>prote\u00ednas y HC insuficientes<\/strong> o <strong>mala calidad del sue\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, optimiza tu recuperaci\u00f3n. Ingiere prote\u00ednas de alta calidad en cantidades diarias de 1,8-2g\/kg peso corporal (carnes magras, pescados, huevos) para la reparaci\u00f3n muscular. A\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n HC a esas prote\u00ednas para ayudar a recargar las reservas de gluc\u00f3geno.
