Las <strong>vitaminas<\/strong> son <strong>peque\u00f1as dosis de salud<\/strong> que tu cuerpo necesita cada d\u00eda para llevar a cabo sus funciones.<\/p>\n<p>Las vitaminas son un <strong>nutriente esencial<\/strong> para el organismo ya que se <strong>encargan de regular los procesos vitales<\/strong>. Se considera un <strong>micronutriente<\/strong> porque el <strong>cuerpo las necesita en dosis muy peque\u00f1as<\/strong>. Aun as\u00ed, son <strong>fundamentales para evitar problemas de salud<\/strong> generados por un d\u00e9ficit de alguna vitamina.<\/p>\n<p>Se dividen en 2 grupos:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Vitaminas liposolubles (A,D,E,K)<\/strong>: estas vitaminas <strong>se disuelven en las grasas<\/strong> y se <strong>almacenan<\/strong> principalmente en el <strong>h\u00edgado y tejido graso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No se eliminan f\u00e1cilmente por la orina por lo que <strong>su exceso puede provocar toxicidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se encuentran en alimentos grasos de origen animal, frutos secos y aceitunas entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vitamina A<\/span>: s\u00f3lo presente en alimentos se origen animal (aunque tiene precursores en alimentos se origen vegetal: beta-carotenoide). Tiene <strong>poder antioxidante<\/strong> y <strong>funciones<\/strong> en el <strong>crecimiento<\/strong>, en la <strong>funci\u00f3n inmunol\u00f3gica<\/strong> y en la <strong>visi\u00f3n<\/strong> (sobre todo <strong>nocturna<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vitamina D<\/span>: es esencial para el <strong>desarrollo\/mantenimiento \u00f3seo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vitamina K<\/span>: tiene un papel importante en la <strong>coagulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea<\/strong> y ayuda en la <strong>cicatrizaci\u00f3n de las heridas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vitamina E<\/span>: es un <strong>potente antioxidante<\/strong> y desempe\u00f1a <strong>funciones<\/strong> en el <strong>sistema inmune<\/strong>, en la <strong>visi\u00f3n<\/strong> y en la <strong>fertilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Vitaminas hidrosolubles (complejo B y C)<\/strong>: estas vitaminas <strong>se disuelven en el agua<\/strong> y <strong>no se almacenan en grandes cantidades<\/strong> en el cuerpo. Por ello, son <strong>menos t\u00f3xicas<\/strong> que las liposolubles y son <strong>sensibles al calor y a la luz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se <strong>eliminan f\u00e1cilmente por la orina<\/strong> y es importante <strong>consumirlas de forma regular a trav\u00e9s de los alimentos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se encuentran en frutas c\u00edtricas, cereales integrales, legumbres y alimentos de origen animal entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vitamina C<\/span>: es un <strong>antioxidante<\/strong>, pero no puede producirse por s\u00ed sola y, por ello, hay que <strong>obtenerla a trav\u00e9s de los alimentos o suplementos<\/strong>.
