Los inicios de temporada, dependen mucho de lo que hayas hecho en el periodo de reposo previo. Si en esta fase no has controlado la alimentaci\u00f3n, no has hecho ejercicio y no te has cuidado, tienes muchas posibilidades de haber cogido algo de grasa, haber perdido masa muscular y sobre todo, m\u00e1s riesgo de lesionarte al inicio de temporada. Para ello, el papel del nutricionista deportivo es clave.<\/p>\n<p>Si esto ya ha ocurrido, es decir, <strong>si ya te has lesionado<\/strong>, la <strong>nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong> es <strong>primordial para acelerar tu recuperaci\u00f3n y volver m\u00e1s fuerte<\/strong>. El nutricionista deportivo te ayuda en el proceso de curaci\u00f3n, en conjunto con la fisioterapia, el ejercicio controlado y el reposo\/descanso.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las <strong>funciones del nutricionista deportivo<\/strong> destacan:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ajustar la energ\u00eda a la nueva situaci\u00f3n<\/span>: <strong>ajusta<\/strong> tu <strong>plan nutricional<\/strong> a tus <strong>requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong> para as\u00ed evitar aumentar el porcentaje graso.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Favorecer la reparaci\u00f3n de tejidos lesionados<\/span>: <strong>aumenta la ingesta de prote\u00ednas<\/strong> para mantener\/no perder masa muscular y as\u00ed <strong>poder reparar el tejido da\u00f1ado<\/strong>. Para ello, es importante seleccionar alimentos ricos en <strong>prote\u00ednas de alta calidad y en micronutrientes<\/strong> como las vitaminas C y D y los minerales como el calcio (Ca), el zinc (Zn) y el magnesio (Mg).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Controlar la inflamaci\u00f3n y el dolor sin alterarlo<\/span>: optar por <strong>alimentos con propiedades antiinflamatorias<\/strong> que ayuden en la recuperaci\u00f3n es lo mejor. Entre ellos destacan los pescados azules (por el omega-3; EPA y DHA), frutas y verduras.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es <strong>importante evitar frituras, ultraprocesados, az\u00facares refinados, grasas trans o medicamentos como los AINEs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dar soporte junto a la fisioterapia y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n<\/span>: el nutricionista deportivo <strong>coordina el plan nutricional con<\/strong> el <strong>fisioterapeuta<\/strong>, los <strong>m\u00e9dicos<\/strong> y el <strong>entrenador\/rehabilitador<\/strong> en cada fase de la recuperaci\u00f3n.
