En muchas ocasiones hacemos todas las cosas bien (entrenamos bien, tenemos buen descanso, no comemos mal&#8230;), pero seguimos sintiendo cansancio.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9jame decirte que <strong>comer saludable y comer de forma correcta no es lo mismo<\/strong>. <strong>Muchas veces el cansancio viene provocado por c\u00f3mo ejecutamos nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Si no aportamos al cuerpo los nutrientes necesarios, no tendremos energ\u00eda y no podremos rendir conrrectamente. <strong>El cuerpo cuando le falta energ\u00eda da se\u00f1ales<\/strong> como por ejemplo <strong>falta de concentraci\u00f3n, somnolencia constante o bajo estado de \u00e1nimo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esa falta de energ\u00eda, y por tanto, esas se\u00f1ales, vienen provocadas principalmente por:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1. DEFICIENCIA DE MICRONUTRIENTES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Minerales como el hierro o el magnesio, y vitaminas como la B12 o la D son muy importantes ya que <strong>cuando hay d\u00e9ficit de algunos micronutrientes<\/strong> <strong>el cuerpo no genera suficiente energ\u00eda y la poca energ\u00eda que genera no se usa de forma eficiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. EXCESO DE AZ\u00daCAR Y PROCESADOS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Es cierto que el az\u00facar te da energ\u00eda de forma r\u00e1pida, pero luego te la quita igual de r\u00e1pido. Los <strong>picos de glucosa provocan fatiga y bajones de \u00e1nimo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. ALIMENTOS ULTRAPROCESADOS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Estos alimentos <strong>dan un impulso de energ\u00eda moment\u00e1neo<\/strong>, pero<strong> son pobres nutricionalmente<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, d<strong>ejan fatiga acumulada a largo plazo<\/strong> (cr\u00f3nica).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>4. COMER DEMASIADO POCO:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comer menos significa tener menos energ\u00eda<\/strong>. Tu cuerpo usa reservas de grasa y m\u00fasculo. Esto <strong>provoca que pierdas masa muscular y generes fatiga cr\u00f3nica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>5. FALTA DE AGUA:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Muchas veces, el cansancio es simplemente <strong>deshidrataci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Las <strong>c\u00e9lulas necesitan agua para producir energ\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>6. INFLAMACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El exceso de az\u00facares, alimentos ultraprocesados y grasas trans provocan inflamaci\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica. <strong>Tu cuerpo gasta energ\u00eda en defenderse y te deja sin energ\u00eda para otras funciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo todo esto en cuenta, <strong>vigila tu alimentaci\u00f3n e hidratate de forma correcta para evitar que tu cuerpo se sienta cansado y no te permita rendir bien en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, alimentarte bien no es s\u00f3lo cuidar tu cuerpo, tambi\u00e9n es cuidar tu bienestar f\u00edsico, emocional y mental.
